Moonbow formulas are made without parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, or harsh additives. We thoughtfully pair high-quality ingredients with Traditional Chinese Botanicals like chrysanthemum, pearl powder, and jujube to deliver gentle, effective care that supports balanced, healthy-looking skin.

Our formulations are free from retinol, synthetic fragrances, and harsh chemicals, making them safe for pregnancy and sensitive skin. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before introducing new products during pregnancy.

We formulate without synthetic fragrance, but you may notice a subtle natural scent in some Moonbow products. This comes from the botanicals and other ingredients within the formula, not added fragrance. Because we work with naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in scent may occur from batch to batch. It’s simply part of working with ingredients closer to their natural state.

Moonbow products are made in Italy and the USA in collaboration with trusted manufacturing partners with deep expertise in Asian skincare, alongside our in-house doctor and co-founder, Dr. Felice Chan. Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from around the world, seeking out regions and suppliers known for the quality and integrity of each botanical. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, we go closer to the source to bring time-honored botanicals together with modern skin science in every formula.

Shipping is a flat $6, with complimentary shipping on orders over $65 and on every subscription order. Every order also arrives with a chrysanthemum tea flower, our hero botanical, found across Moonbow formulas and cherished for generations in Chinese culture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. A small ritual from us to you, inspired by care from the inside out and the outside in.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, with most arriving within 3–7 business days after shipment. At this time, we ship within the U.S. only.
